Deh, așa a fost și cu Ravenol acum 20 de ani și nu numai. Nu mai spun de Red Line. Eu procedez mai simplu, ulei aprobat și schimburi dese, la benzina schimbam la 10 mii, la diesel la fel, chiar dacă limita ar fi de 28-30 de mii. Fără probleme până acum. -

11 22 Flywheel Tightening Torques Type Thread Tightening specifications Torque 1AZ Flywheel to crankshaft B47O0 M12x1.5 Replace screws. 120 Nm Manual gearbox. Secure flywheel with Torx screw (1) and special tools 11 9 811 and 11 9 265 . Release flywheel bolts using special tool 11 4 180 . Automatic transmission. Secure flywheel with transmission bolt (1) and special tool 11 9 811 /11 9 265 . Unfasten flywheel bolts. INSTALLATION: Manual gearbox. Position flywheel (B). Renew flywheel bolts (1) to (8). Parts: Flywheel bolts Fit new flywheel bolts with the special tool 0 491 018 (11 4 180) by hand. Make sure that the tightening sequence from dowel pin (A) is followed. Secure flywheel with Torx screw (1) and special tools 11 9 811 and 11 9 265 . Tighten flywheel bolts with special tool 11 4 180 (adhere to angle of rotation in the next work step). Tightening torque: 11 22 1AZ. Mark all the flywheel bolts (1) with a vertical line. Tighten all flywheel bolts (1) with an angle of rotation of 45° using the special tool 00 9 120 . Remove special tool 11 9 811 /11 9 265 . Automatic transmission. Position flywheel (B). Renew flywheel bolts (1) to (8). Press special tool 21 2 180 together at handles (2) until limit position and grip firmly. At same time tighten down knurled screws (1). Adjusting ring of self-adjusting clutch is now secured. Fit special tool 21 2 170 with the pressure plate 2 288 165 and tighten down at knurled screw (1). Screw in spindle (1) until diaphragm spring (2) is tensioned up to stop. Unfasten the bolts and remove the self-adjusting clutch from the flywheel.Important! Do not use a special tool to detach the self-adjusting clutch from the flywheel. Installation note: Screws must be replaced. Jointing torque and angle of rotation must be observed without fail. Remove clutch disc (1) from flywheel. Clean flywheel, check for wear and damage. Replace damaged flywheel. Check grooved ball bearing in crankshaft for ease of movement and tightness and if necessary replace grooved ball bearing. Important! Always replace clutch discs fouled e.g. by oil, cleaning agent. Check the clutch disc for damage and frictional corrosion in the hub profile and replace if necessary. Check clutch disc for wear: Measure lining protrusion at lining rivets at closing head (A) in each case. Note: Rivet connection a) Closing head b) Swage head Replace clutch disc if lining protrusion at closing head (A) is less than 1 mm. Push clutch disk onto the cleaned transmission input shaft and check for easy movability. Important! Do not clean the self-adjusting clutch and flywheel with high pressure cleaner or a washing machine, as the proper function of the adjustment unit and damping springs can then no longer be guaranteed. Clean friction surface only. Check self-adjusting clutch for wear and damage and replace as necessary. Reinstall the previously removed self-adjusting clutch and clutch disc: Important! Handle clutch disk carefully, do not touch surfaces of friction pads. Clean friction surfaces of the flywheel and the pressure plate with BMW-approved brake cleaner. Install clutch disc in correct position. Note designation for ”engine side” / ”transmission side”. Centre clutch disc (1) with special tool 21 2 230 . Special tool Transmission 21 2 230 GS6-45 BZ/DZ Mount self-adjusting clutch (1) on flywheel together with special tools. Pay attention to dowel pins (2). Self-adjusting clutch (1) must be secured by way of dowel pins (2). Install and tighten down screws. Tightening torque: 21 21 1AZ. Release spindle (1) until load is fully removed from diaphragm spring (2). Release knurled screw (1) and remove special tool 21 2 170 2 288 165 using the pressure plate from self-adjusting clutch. Release knurled screws (1) and remove special tool 21 2 180 from self-adjusting clutch. 21 2 230 Withdraw special tool from clutch disc with aid of accompanying screw (1). Required reworking: Install transmission. Installing the removed self-adjusting clutch along with new clutch disc: Important! Before installing a self-adjusting clutch which has been in service with a new clutch disc: always reset adjusting ring in new position. Important! Handle clutch disk carefully, do not touch surfaces of friction pads. Install clutch disc in correct position. Note designation for ”engine side” / ”transmission side”. Centre clutch disc (1) with special tool 21 2 230 . Special tool Transmission 21 2 230 GS6-45 BZ/DZ Mount self-adjusting clutch (1) on flywheel together with special tools. Pay attention to dowel pins (2). Self-adjusting clutch (1) must be secured by way of dowel pins (2). Insert and tighten the mounting bolts of the self-adjusting clutch. Tightening torque: 21 21 1AZ. Release spindle (1) until load is fully removed from diaphragm spring (2). Release knurled screw (1) and remove special tool 21 2 170 2 288 165 using the pressure plate from self-adjusting clutch. Release knurled screws (1) and remove special tool 21 2 180 from self-adjusting clutch. 21 2 230 Withdraw special tool from clutch disc with aid of accompanying screw (1). Required reworking: Install transmission. Installing a new self-adjusting clutch: Important! Handle clutch disk carefully, do not touch surfaces of friction pads. Clean friction surfaces of the flywheel and the pressure plate with BMW-approved brake cleaner. Install clutch disc (1) in correct position. Note designation for "engine side"/"transmission side". The clutch operator contained in the new replacement clutch set absolutely must be installed. Centre clutch disc (1) with special tool 21 2 230 . Special tool Transmission 21 2 230 GS6-45 BZ/DZ Slide the self-adjusting clutch onto the dowel pins (1) in the flywheel and screw tight. Part: Replace screws. Tightening torque: 21 21 1AZ. Important! Stop (1) may only be removed with self-adjusting clutch screw-mounted. Carefully unscrew stop (1) clockwise or anticlockwise using a size 14 (2) hexagon socket wrench.Note: A slight snapping of the plate spring while unscrewing is possible. 21 2 230 Withdraw special tool from clutch disc with aid of accompanying screw (1). Required reworking: Install transmission. Mandrel 212250 Minimum set: Mechanical tools Mechanical tool Note: (clutch centring drift) For centring drive plate when installing. În principiu da, la cutia de transfer trebuie și un reset din ISTA, ideea este că nu am elevator, altfel le făceam eu. -

Da, știu ca bate 2-3 km fațĂŁ de realitate, așa sunt reglate. Era 250 pe ceasul mașinii și e setatĂŁ la acea vitezĂŁ, nu mergeam pe gps cĂŁ acum și pe navi intrĂŁ toate blocajele, toate mașinile rĂŁmase și obiectele aruncate pe șosea. Oricum, se simțea perfect echilibratĂŁ, nu știu cum fac nemții treaba asta, dar se pricep.
