  1. Problema rezolvata si la mine, s a facut downgrade la softul de fabrica si totul a revenit la normal. Multumesc tuturor pt implicare/sfaturi. Drumuri bune si regenerari rare si complete!
  2. Am patit si eu din cauza unei regenerari esuate ( eram blocat in trafic si nu a putut face regenerarea ), dupa cateva zile a inceput singura si e ok

Suntem doi care scoatem mufe ontopic: mi a aparut vechea eroare din senin si deja a ajuns la 30 grame fara regenerare: -Intake air temperature sensor, signal: interruption or short circuit to positive -Intake air temperature sensor, plausibilty: intake air temperature not plausible to the remaining temperature signal. Iar pe diagnoza imi arata -50 grade
  4. Aici este vorba de mine. Scuze, dar atat ma pricep in momentul de fata, daca stiam mecanica sau rezolvarea problemei nu mai scriam aici
  5. Daca am mufa scoasa la debitmetru, da, apar, daca bag mufa nu
  6. Aia ma gandesc si eu, probabil fostul propietar sa fi schimbat filtrul, eu o luasem la 340.000. asa e, revin cu update dupa ce schimb senzorul
  7. Ba da, au spus sa verific altceva, problema nu este de la filtru
  8. @bimmer90f30 filtrul original al masinii avea 238.000, am zis ok, o fi plin, l am trimis la curatat, s a curatat cu succes, l am montat pe masina si la fel facea. bun, am luat filtru sh de pe o masina cu 68.000 km, l am pus, la fel face. de aici exclud din start filtrul de particule, probabil chiar asa trebuie sa mearga, cu regenerari dese si sunt eu paranoia. Dar ma obisnuisem cu vechiul N47, care la 400.000 km isi facea regenerari la 230-250 km de mers in oras Nu am sesizat vreo schimbare, insa, nu am check engine aprins dar pe tester apare eroare de debitmetru si inca una legat de admisie
  9. Parca vad ca inlocuiesc si ala si masina zice: hold my beer
  10. Pana vine senzorul, am scos mufa la debitmetru, scade soot mass foarte mult si repede. L-am dat jos sa il curat, avea funingine si niste scame fix pe lita.
  11. Astept sa vina senzorul de temperatura de pe EGR, sa il schimb, poate se rezolva. Mi am adus aminte ca atunci cand am luat masina, aveam eroare pe senzorul acela si pe sondele lambda. Aparea eroare dupa fiecare regenerare. L-am dat jos, l am curatat si a disparut eroarea si am uitat de el intre timp
  12. Am gasit pe yt un clip, face exact ca la mine, insa nu are comentarii

Am fost la cineva pentru o diagnoza mai amanuntita si a reiesit asta, mie mi se pare ok Dynamic test of intake gas temperature and pressure sensors The difference between the intake air temperature and charge air temperature is *OK.* The dynamic behaviour of the exhaust gas pressure upstream of the turbine is *OK.* -Throttle dynamic test: The measured values were *OK* . -Dynamic air pressure test: Functional check finished. The exhaust-gas recirculation cooler bypass flap is working. *OK!* -Dynamic EGR gas cooler efficiency test: Limit values for the exhaust flow through the exhaust-gas recirculation cooler: No sooting: over 90 % Minor sooting: 85 % up to 90 % Moderate sooting: 80 % up to 85 % Severe sooting: under 80 % Actual exhaust flow value through the exhaust-gas recirculation cooler:103.5 % Determined degree of sooting in the exhaust-gas recirculation cooler:No sooting Measure: The measured values of the functional check are OK. *No fault found.* -Dynamic test intake manifold flaps: The functional check is finished. Setpoint values for the engine speed variations: • Lower limit for the minimum value: -30 • Upper limit for the maximum value: 30 The evaluation of the engine speed variations for the three speed levels produced the following results: Speed level 1: OK Engine speed variations: Minimum value: -5.0 Maximum value: 2.5 Speed level 2: OK Engine speed variations: Minimum value: -3.5 Maximum value: 2.5 Speed level 3: OK Engine speed variations: Minimum value: -2.5 Maximum value: 7.0 *All functional checks were OK, therefore there is no indication of a sooted intake area.* -Injector correction test, measurement made at: 93.6 degrees Celsius The correction fuel injection rate for all injectors is OK. Minimum and maximum correction fuel injection rates from the smooth running regulator in [ mg/Hub]: • Cylinder 1: -1.0 | 0.0 • *Cylinder 3: 0.0 | 0.6* • *Cylinder 4: 0.0 | 0.7* • Cylinder 2: -0.3 | 0.0 The exhaust gas pressure test was trouble-free. The diesel particulate filter is *OK.* The exhaust gas pressure sensor is *OK.*
  14. @sskkaadap, ai dreptate, insa am schimbat senzor presiune diferentiala, DPF, sonde lambda, releu+buji si degeaba. Pe Toate le-am pus NOI si OEM, in afara de DPF care a fost sh
  15. Original, sh, curatat la odorhei. Si cel pe care l am pus acum si pe cel al masinii original, ambele aceelasi interval de regenerare il au, iar la ambele oscileaza soot mass . Acum arata 8 grame, instant se face 14, apoi iar scade la 10, apoi apare 18
  16. E super bine 200km pe Bucuresti! Deci s a schimbat intervalul regenerarilor dupa schimbarea senzorului
  17. Multumesc pentru raspunsuri, pana la urma ai rezolvat problema schimband senzorul de temperatura de pe EGR ?
  18. Multumesc! la mine cam la 43-45% incepe regenerarea. masina mea are update de soft iar celelalte de care am scris acum cateva posturi, nu aveau
  19. Nu, nu consuma ulei, am schimbat si membrana de la filtrul epurator sa elimin si problema asta
  20. Este ok turbo, motor b47, 190 cai. Filtrul l am trimis la Odorhei, s a curatat, valori ok
