sunet ciudat la plecarea dupa loc

se aude un sunet ciudat cand plec dupa loc, sau cand accelerez si se lasa spatele masinii, se aude doar in partea stanga, imi par sa fie arcul sau amortizorul, dar daca ma apas pe el, nu se aude, sa fie flansa de la amortizor ?? masina este e46 diesel
