probleme dupa ce am facut aerisirea

Dupa ce am facut aerisirea la masina din semnatura am observat urmatoarea problema: totul este ok pana-n momentul in care dau drumul pe ventilatie (caldura) cu motorul oprit(se simte si cu motorul pornit dar mia putin) si simt in furtunele de la heater electr ( piesa 1 din link http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E46/Sedan/Europe/318d-M47N/LHD/N/2004/november/browse/heater_and_air_conditioning/flow_heater_electr-2/) un fel de rasuflare ( parca ar suge ceva si apoi iar da drumul :D) . Pana acum nu am sesizat sa faca asa ceva deci nu-mi ramane decat sa nu fi facut aerisirea ok. Pana la urma care este aerisirea corecta acum daca am aer in instalatie :D Edited by srb_alex

Corect ar fi:

1. Cu motorul rece, adaugati lichid de racire pana cand ajunge la nivelul COLD (KALT) marcat pe vas.

2. Slabiti surubul de aerisire de pe vasul de expansiune din radiator.

3. Setati controalele temperaturii in habitaclu pe temperatura maxima si puneti contactul (NU PORNITI MOTORUL)

4. Adaugati incet lichid de racire pana cand incepe sa curga prin gaura surubului de aerisire. Cand lichidul de racire curge prin gaura surubului de aerisire fara sa mai apara bule de aer (curgerea e cursiva), strangeti surubul.

5. Porniti motorul si lasati-l sa functioneze pana cand atinge temperatura de lucru (indicatorul de temperatura din bord este la mijlocul scalei). Dupa ce se raceste motorul, reverificati nivelul lichidului de racire si completati-l daca este necesar (pana la semnul COLD/KALT).

Am facut ce ai scris mai sus(fara 2) numai ca dupa punctul 5 am mai accelerat de 2 ori si cred ca atunci sa fi prins aer :D

 

M-am bagat si eu ca musaca-n lapte :rolleyes:

@alex - chiar daca l-ai accelerat nu se intampla nimic, nu are cum sa prinda aer, este un circuit inchis! Daca apare fenomenul de "furtune supte" ai instalatia infundata pe undeva(parerea mea). Asteptam si alte parereri!

 

da dar sa se fi infundat exact cand am facut eu aerisirea (am specificat si mai sus ca nu am desfacut surubul de aerisire la punctul 2 ce a scris bogdan)

ca daca ar fi de la aerisire se rezolva, eu am pus problema sa nu fie de la heater electr ca exact furtunele de intra/ iese din ea fac exact ca si cum ar fi o inima acolo :rolleyes:. face exact cand dau drumul la ventilatie. Citisem undeva ca as fi pus prea mult antigel si de acolo si definitia de furtune supte. Edited by srb_alex

De fapt cred ca asa se face:

 

M47TU:

Note:

When adding coolant, it is absolutely essential to adhere to the following sequence:

1) Remove cap from expansion tank (ET)

2) Open all vent plugs:

Radiator feed - ET branch piece

Coolant return pipe

EGR cooler thermostat

Heating cooler feed

3) Add coolant slowly

4) Close vent plugs on coolant return pipe and on radiator feed (ET branch piece) after coolant emerges

5) Fill ET with coolant up to edge

6) Close vent plugs on EGR cooler thermostat and on heating cooler feed (no emergence of coolant during filling procedure)

7) Start engine (idling), set heater to maximum and fan to low stage (if necessary, top up coolant to max. fill level)

8) Close ET cap, press accelerator pedal several times up to approx. 2500 rpm

9) Remove ET cap and if necessary top up coolant to max. cold fill level

10) Run engine at idle for approx. 5 minutes with open ET (until bubble-free coolant can be seen to emerge in ET); if required, top up coolant to max. cold fill level

11) Close ET cap

Note:

Use only recommended coolant, refer to BMW Service Operating Fluids in Main Group 17.

Coolant return pipe =unde este asta? = cumva sub pompa servo prin zona?

EGR cooler thermostat - aerisitor egr

Heating cooler feed = unde este asta? = cumva prin dreptul calculatorului?

intre punctul 7 si 10 trebuie pornit motorul ca nu reiese asa ceva din pasi

Am incercat azi de dimineata sa fac aerisirea si m-am oprit la punctul 3 pentru ca nu aveam mult timp la dispozitie: dupa ce am desfacut toate aerisitoarele a urcat antigelul in vas(posibil aer) si practic nu am avut de ce sa mai completez antigel :D, acum urmatorul pas este sa scot antigel din vas pana ajunge la nivel sau trec mai departe la urmatorul pas si scade nivelul dupa ce pornesc motorul?

Masina sa fie neaparat cu botul un pic mai sus, completezi antigel pana ajunge la buza vasului, apoi scoti din el pana ajunge la maxim. Poti sa lasi 1cm peste maxim!

 

Din ce arata pe vas : la minim este pana la buza vasului si maxim cu vreo 2 cm iesiti afara din vas. Inca nu am rezolvat problema dar tind sa cred ca este pe duca piesa 1 http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E46/Sedan/Europe/318d-M47N/LHD/N/2004/november/browse/heater_and_air_conditioning/flow_heater_electr-2/ :thumbsup: . Acum observ cand este aglomerat si se merge bara la bara pe liber masina sta turata in 900 si cand stationez revine la normal. Parca merge incontinu piesa asta, pe frigul asta nu se opreste si ea?
