325 td din 93' nu baga caldura inauntru deloc

salut! Sper ca nu s-a mai discutat exact acelasi subiect despre care vreau eu sa vorbesc....Detin un 325td din 93' care merge destul de bine, nimic de zis, doar ca, aseara, fiind cam rece am pornit motorul inainte de a pleca cu intentia de a incalzi interiorul si a dezgheta geamurile. Totu' bine si frumos pana aici. Am pornit aerul cald la maximum(masina nu are AC), deci la viteza 4 si am plecat de-acolo...dupa vreo 5 minute cand eram gata de plecare...surpriza....nu mai baga aer de niciun fel in interior si nici nu se incalzise deloc....Ce sa fie oare?Va rog sa imi dati cateva sfaturi.
