Nu porneste 525d din 2001

Salutare!Am o problema grava cu masina.Este un 525d din 2001 163cp.De o saptamana nu mai vrea sa porneasca.Am schimbat deja 2 pompe din rezervor,valva reglare presiune de pe pompa de inalta. motorul invarte dar nu porneste.Ce sfaturi imi puteti da?Am pus testerul pe ea si mi-a dat urmatoarele erori:

 

 

Diesel (M57D25 - 256D1 - DDE 4.0 - MT/AT)

2800 - Power supply

0235 - Boost pressure sensor

1190 - Rail pressure control valve

1260 - Delivery pump control system

09F6 - Rail pressure monitoring; rail pressure too low during start

0480 - Cooling fan

 

Brake (ABS/ASC/DSC - Diagnose)

67 - Intermittent interference

DTC Description

 

 

Instrument (Instrument (Instrument cluster ) - Diagnose)

DTC Description

8 - Tank sensor 1

20 - Internal fault in light control module

9 - Tank sensor 2

7 - Outside temperature sensor

1 - Consumtion signal from engine control module

 

 

Multifunction (Central Body - ZKE (Central body electronics))

DTC Description

1 - Fuse or line for load circuit 1

2 - Fuse or line for load circuit 2

48 - Windscreen wipers switch, interval

4 - Terminal R, missing

49 - Unknown fault code

sa nu fie pompa de injectie ... ca e naspha treaba , vezi daca porneste cu spray , daca nici cu spray e pompa 99% si trebuie sa o duci la un service bun sa ti-o verifice

nu baga cu presiune pompa de injectie

nu ajunge motorina la filtru de motorina..de fapt are toane cand ajunge, dar vine in reprize.am verificat si pompa de sub scaunul sofer.este buna.cred k problema este undeva la rezervor dar nu pot sa-mi dau seama unde.am suflat amandoua furtunele de la cele 2 iesiri din rezervor(din drepta si stanga), scotand si intrarea la pompa de sub scaun.nu sunt infundate.am schimbat si cele 2 conducte de fac legatura intre cele 2 compartimente din rezervor gandindu-ma ca ar fi acolo problema.ma mai gandesc ca o trebui sa se amorseze pompa din rezervor..?

ceau. daca nu vine motorina la filtru 100% este pompa de sub scaunul soferului, sau pompa de joasa presiune. functioneaza la max 4-5 bari in sarcina. cand scoti furtunul de tur de pe filtru ar trebui sa tasneasca motorina destul de tare minim 2m.bafta
