Ulei garnitura _chiulasa_

Buna seara , de curand am luat un 318 i nfl si am observat ca am ulei in dreptul garniturii de _chiulasa_.

Am crezut ca e de la garnitura de la capac sau de la garnitura suport filtru ulei.

Le am schimbat pe amandoua ,am spalat motorul si imi supureaza din nou in dreptul garniturii.

Intrebarea mea , cat de grav este ?
