are cumva tester pentru actuator sau pur si simplu s-a uitat daca se misca

daca te referi la cel care reconditioneaza nu a avut cum a il probeze ca nu l_am dus la el (il probasem inainte sa demontez tubina si am dus turbina fara acuator la reconditionat)

dar are sigur tester
