E38 730d cu problema inchidere portbagaj electric

sal. dupa cum am mentionat si in titlu am un e38 730d din 2001 la care am o problema cu inchiderea aia electrica a portbagajului, care se manifesa astfel...

 

cu portbagajul deschis, cand apas butonul, incepe motorasul sa functineze, dupa 1-2 secunde incepe sa il inchida dar il tranteste de sus; cand e inchis nici macar nu incearca sa il deschida, doar bazaie motorasul. eu m-am gandit ca nu ar mai avea ulei dar nu stiu exact pe unde si cum se copleteaza. daca stie cineva care este problema si cum sa o rezolv as fi foarte recunoscator.
