Salut. M-am decis sa spun cum se curata clapeta de acceleratie avand in vedere ca m-am dus la service Bavaria si dansii mi-au spus ca m-ar costa in jur 260Ron curatarea acelei clapete.Simptomele sunt,dimineata nu se accelera masina mai mult de 2000 rpm si aveam ASC-ul aprins in bord,nu functiona.

 

1. Se scoate debitmetru de aer,se scoate acel furtun care face legatura intre debitmetru si prima clapeta,cea cu ASC.

 

2. Se scoate prima clapeta,e prinsa cu 2 suruburi de clapeta de acceleratie,scoateti cablu de la actuator.(torx de 6,cel putin asa scria pe al meu)

 

3. Se scoate clapeta de acceleratie,este prinsa cu 4 suruburi,va trebuie o tubulara de 10 plus un prelungitor pentru criket,se desfac cele 2 furtune,se scot cablurile de acceleratie si cel de la cruise control.

 

4. Eu le-am spalat cu benzina,merge si cu diluant,la mine era namol in clapeta.

 

5. Montarea se face invers demontarii.
