Ce ulei sa bag in motor?

Salut!Am un 320D e46 din 99 si am 300.000 KM;trebuie sa ii schimb uleiul si nu stiu ce ulei sa pun , unii mi-au recomandat 5w altii 10w acum nush? e si iarna afara poate trebuie mai subtire , habar nu am... Astept pareri si despre marca uleiului. Multumesc anticipat!
