ce ulei folositi si unde il schimbati?

Buna, am un BMW 520I din 97, si vreau sa-i schimb uleiul si filtrele.Am cumparat filtre si acum trebuie sa-mi iau ulei si sa le schimb, dar nu stiu ce ulei sa iau si unde sa ma duc sa mi le schimbe.Motor 2000 i, E39, benzina.Sfaturi???
