problema geam spate

Salut,astazi am intampinat o problema la masina(un e38) pe partea electrica...mai exact imediat dupa ce am pus contactul, unul din geamurile spate a coborat maxim,am pornit masina si comanda pt geamul respectiv nu mergea (nici cea de pe usa soferului nici cea de pe usa cu pricina)...ok,am testat toate celelalte geamuri(cu motorul inca pornit) si functionau..am oprit motorul si surpriza,am incercat sa inchid geamul cu defect ..si acesta s-a inchis. Am pus iar contactul,am pornit masina si s-a repetat problema..geamul ramane deschis cand cheia e in contact..ce credeti ca s-a intamplat?modul comfort defect?
