Speed Limit info - va merge in Romania?

Speed Limit info

Pe unele modele BMW, care au si HUD, exista optiunea sa iti afiseze pe HUD si viteza maxima legala pe acea portiune de drum.

Teoretic foloseste o cobinatie de informatiid e pe harti si o camera aflata langa senzorul de ploaie, care recunoaste semnele de limtiare viteza sau depasirea interzisa.

Desi am ultima harta (2013 Pro CIC), totusi acest sistem inceteaza sa functioneze de cum intru in Romania.

Totusi, camera tot ar trebui sa recunoasca semnele de circulatie, dar in practica nu merge. Imi apar doar doua liniute si un cerc in HUD.

 

 

Voua va merge acest sistem in Romania?

Eu banuiesc ca BMW nu a cumparat de la Navteq infomatiile de limita de viteza (exista pe hatile iGo), iar camera nu merge deloc fara ele.

 

Sau.. semnele de circulatie din Romania sunt proaste? :D

Ce face colegul Daniel prin codare este deblocarea facilitatii sistemului SLI de a citi exclusiv semnele de circulatie cu limitele de viteza si de a le afisa in bord/HUD.

SLI, asa cum a fost proiectat din fabrica, este un sistem mai complex care tine cont de mai multe variabile (specificul tarii, baza de date cu limitele de viteza din hartile navigatiei etc.).

Pentru a te bucura din plin de functionalitatea SLI ai nevoie de un modul care se insereaza pe una dintre magistralele de comunicatie ale masinii.

Eu am cumparat un astfel de modul de la colegul @neo_andersson.

Acum SLI functioneaza 100% la specificatiile din fabrica.

Functioneaza ok si nu neaparat dupa semnele citite de pe strada. Probabil ia informatii si de la navigatie. Pe strada mea (privata) arata 30km/h desi nu este nici urma de semn de circulatie.

Daca cineva e interesat ce face in detaliu codarea colegului Daniel, va pot explica.

 

In codarea KAFAS sunt adaugate cateva tari nesuportate de firmware.

 

Name_1 este pentru San Marino, schimband codul de tara din SM in RO (52,4F) se activeaza practic limitele de viteza din San Marino atunci cand codul de tara primit de la navigatie este RO.

 

San Marino foloseste limitele de viteza din Italia, care sunt putin diferite de Romania deci SLI nu functioneaza chiar corect.

 

In Italia sunt autostrazi cu limita 150kmh, drumuri extraurbane cu limita de 110kmh ceea ce in Romania nu exista, sistemul se corecteaza daca este detectat un semn de limita de viteza de catre camera KAFAS si cum in Romania semnele sunt foarte rare rata de eroare cu o astfel de activare e semnificativa.

 

Mai mult, o activare de acest gen functioneaza doar in Romania, in celelate tari care nu sunt suportate de KAFAS1 sistemul nu functioneaza.

Tot ce vroiam sa spun mai sus este ca acest tip de activare nu este 100% corect, in sensul ca vezi limitele "default" din Italia nu din Romania si exista mici diferente.

 

In continuare nu va merge in tarile care nu sunt suportate de BMW, Bulgaria, Turcia, Moldova, Croatia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Estonia, etc.

@neo_andersson - cat ar costa acel modul, pt masini care nu au modulul echipat din fabrica?

ba da, nu va mai merge in San Marino pentru ca ai inlocuit codul de tara SM cu RO.
