Trepidatii(rateuri) la relanti

Buna seara,

Am un BMW 525 E60 Diesel din 2005 si de 2 luni am trepidatii(rateuri) cand masina este la relanti. Am avut acum 2 ani probleme cu bujiile incandescente si le-am schimbat. In aceasta iarna am sesizat aceleasi simptome ca acum 2 ani.A trecut iarna si tot nu am schimbat bujiile crezand ca daca vine vremea buna nu voi mai avea aceste probleme.Am fost si la un mecanic care mi-a zis ca aceste "rateuri" ar fi cauzate de injector(injectoare).Poate sa ma ajute cineva sa imi recomande ce ar fi de facut? Dupa ce se incalzeste motorul ,timp de 5-10min aceste trepidatii dispar. Multumesc.
