Problema geam e36 coupe

acum ceva timp am avut probleme cu geamul dreapta fata...nu se mai ridica...am rezolvat-o, iar acum cateva zile mergand cu masina am deschis putin geamul si dupa ce l-am ridicat a inceput sa se auda ca si cum nu ar fi inchis de tot. Cand am ajuns acasa am observat inchizand usa ca geamul nu se mai etanseaza pana sus ca cel de la sofer. Nu ar trebui sa se mai ridice putin? Stie cineva cum se poate face? Am incercat si cu cablu direct de la baterie sa il cobor si sa il ridic complet dar tot asa ramane...cel de la sofer merge perfect
