probleme pornire

am in 325tds,model '97 si de o buna perioada de timp am ceva probleme la pornire. Dimineata la rece motoru porneste la sfert de cheie,dupa ce sa imcalzit dau la automat foarte mult circa 5 secunde si apoi porneste si asa face toata ziua daca iar o opresc.Memtionez ca becul bujiilor sta decat 2 secunde aprins! Trebuie schimbate bujiile sau vreun releu ce da comanda de incalzire a lor? Sau o alta problema? Care este parerea voastra?
