E36 baga numai caldura

Salutare,

 

Am observat ca aeroterma imi baga doar caldura in habitaclu, indiferent de treapta sau pozitie (panou cu 3 robineti, fara aer conditionat). Am inteles ca ar putea fi blocata piesa cu numarul 1 din link

Ar putea fi de vina si panoul in sensul ca se poate duce ceva pe la rotitele alea sau sa ma apuc sa dau jos electrovalva si sa o schimb?
