La multi anii tuturor,as avea o nelamurire:-piesa din imaginea de mai jos se poate schimba numai prin fata pe la motor sau trebuie data jos toata coloana de directie?

 

Am o vibratie puternica in volan cand rotile sunt virate stanga-dreapta la relanti,iar cand masina este oprita si tragi de volan stanga -dreapta se aude acel tacanit.
