Fluierat in zona cutiei de viteze aparut imediat dupa montare KIT nou ambreiaj LuK

Parerea mea :

 

Presupunera initiala rulment priza directa/pilot deteriorat la montaj datorita nealinieri corecte kit ambreiaj. Posibil si alte probleme generate de alinierea incorecta si reglarea necorespunzatoare a reglajului automat al distantei de cuplare al placii.

Daca e cum avut eu kitul de ambreiaj, si anume cu un opritor "gen stea" pe lamele elastice ale placii de presiune trebuia demontat blocatorul dupa ce s-a centrat si strans tot kitul, altfel la revedere "self adjusting clutch" si rrzulta ambreiaj cu uzura 0 si reglaj pt debreiere ca pt o uzura maxima. Ce fel de repercursiuni poate avea asta nu imi imaginez!

 

Rulment pilot - in mijocul volantei - alinierea incorecta chiar si cu 0.5 mm va duce la fortare in muchia rulmentlui la montaj, pt ca axul cutiei se va ghida dupa centrul discului de ambreiaj...ce crezi ca se va intampla dupa ce forteaza cu axul cutiei sa se alinieze
