HELP, I need to locate and replace my 1997 BMW 740i's Auto Trans Speed Sensor

Using the OBD2 code reader :Upon reading the code it came up with this sensor that has to be fixed.

Here is the part number : 24341218551

Here is the part that the code reader came up with :

Auto Trans Speed Sensor; A/T Sensor - Pulse Generator

The Transmission is NOT SHIFTING.

I CAN LOCATE IT IN ORDER TO FIX IT.
