Problema consola+joystick iDrive

Buna seara, mi-am achizitionat un Bmw 320d E90 din 2011 din Belgia, iar in seara asta mi-a fost livrat. Am constatat ca nu functioneaza consola de butoane si joysticul, nici macar nu se aprind odata cu celelalte butoane ale bordului cand aprind pozitiile. Mentionez ca este modelul cu ecranul mare.

Va rog din suflet sa ma ajutati sau sa imi recomandati pe cineva.
