BMW X5 3.5d 2008

While being one of the most practical cars BMW has ever made, the new X5 still has a luxurious interior feel and a dynamic and sporty exterior shape. A drag coefficient as low as 0.33 places the BMW X5 at the top of its segment as the most aerodynamically efficient large SAV or SUV. This low figure is partly achieved by a rear tailgate that incorporates a roof spoiler and a near flat underbody to aid airflow. Nine exterior colours are offered initially alongside four levels of trim and seven upholstery colors to allow owners to personalise their X5s.

 

Sources tell the Spies that the newest BMW X5, the X5 3.5, will be introduced for the 2008 model year and replace the current X5 3.0.

 

The X5 3.5 will sport the newly introduced turbo engine now available on the 335 and 535.

 

The Spies think the new turbo is the best engine BMW has ever offered on a bread and butter model.

Abia asteptam acest upgrade la diesel, pt ca 3.0d este clar submotorizata.

Totusi, ma asteptam la 4.0d sau 4.5d pt ca fara ceva tuning, nu vad cum va ajunge sub 7 sec pt 0-100 Km/h

 

BMW X3 3.0SD scoate 6.6s in 0-100 m/h ! (diferenta de greutate e ~ 350 Kg intre X3 si X5)

 

Fara in tuning puternic pe X5, acest motor NU va fi un concurent de seama pt Mercedes 420 CDI sau Audi Q7 4.2 TDI

 

Acum motorul d epe X3 SD sau 535d dezvolta 281 CP. Motorul a fost tunat de firme specializate pana la 310 CP, fara upgrade la turbine, doar ciptuning.

articolul din AUTOSPIES , daca te uiti mai bine, o sa vezi ca vorbeste despre motoarele de 3500 cc pe benzina, nicidecum despre diesel...

Mda.. dupa analize m-a luat valul. Era despre benzinare, dar m-a dus in eroare 535, care stiam ca NU exista pe benzina !

Veste mare... vineri m-a sunat dealerul BMW ca au fost anuntati oficial ca in toamna baga pe X5 motorul 3.0 SD (biturbo diesel).

Nu avea detalii tehnice, dar ma anunta cand afla ceva in cifre... :blink:

Esteee, pe asta il asteptam. Aparuse deja informatia pe alte forumuri dar in afara. Inca oscilam intre un A6 Allroad si un X5 cu adaptive drive, dar o sa merg pe X5 in cazul acesta...

Da,din toamna mai vin si alte motoare la mai toate modelel motorul 3.0sd e apropape cel cunoscut din 535d dar sigur adus la zi.

mam dat cu un x5 nou ,3.0d, la Contempo Brasov.Are o acceleratie super misto.Acum are aprindere piezo pe motorul de 3.0 diesel.mai stiti ceva de el.

acu am un M3 E46, asha ca depresia n-o sa fie f. mare la un X5 cu 3.0 SD. Am mers cu un X5 E53 3.0 D anul trecut si nu m-a convins prea tare.
