Problema clima !

Salut, am un e46 2003 1.6i 1795cc pe benzina , am probleme cu clima, nu imi baga aer rece, deci ii dau drumul si pe la parbriz imi scoate aer fierbinte rau , iti arde fata dupa 1 minut.. si tinand cont ca este dat la 16 grade.. la minim.. , iar prin ventilatoarele din bord, fiind date rotitele la rece imi scoate aer normal, nu rece , nu fierbinte , ca si cum ai face cu evantaiul .. si nu stiu care este problema.. o fi ceva din bord si nu am setat bine.. sau este o problema tehnica.. ?
