salut baieti,

de curand am achizitionat un E 46 320d din 2004,cu ceva probleme...mai exact masina nu trage aproape deloc,adica turbo intra foarte putin,aproape deloc

In rest motorul se aude foarte bine,nu "papa" ulei ,turbo nu arunca ulei...axul nu are joc (turbo este intr o stare foarte buna)

motorul este un m 47N turbina fiind actionata electric

pe tester reies urmatoarele erori:

4530-Boost Pressure Actuator - Regulation Pressure too Low".

4BC2- Air flow meter

4BC7 - Input-air temperature sensor

4BA0- Input-air temperature sensor, Signal

-am curatat electrovalva

-am curatat senzorul map

-am schimbat debitmetru aer

-am curatat egr-ul

concluzii:

-in turatii mari scoate fum negru

-cand accelerez furtunul de la EGR nu se face presiune decat foarte putin...si in acelasi timp este foarte moale si cam murdar..

astept sfaturile si parerile voastre

Se afla fix langa turbo. Se poate reconditiona dar costa in jur de 500 ron. Poti lua din dezmembrari la acelasi pret, eu l-am luat cu tot cu turbina pentru ca a mea fluiera.

Salut, eroarea asta 4530-Boost Pressure Actuator - Regulation Pressure too Low". se refera la acutatorul turbinei. Trebuie schimbat, sau verifica daca are contact bun. Pe masina mea este comandat de vacuum si cand un mechanic "bun" nu mi-a conectat bine furtunele de vacuum am avut acelasi problema. Mai verifica si MAF-ul ca are si ea o eroare, dar asta nu iti mananca atat de mult din putere cat actuatorul de la turbo, dar e destul de semnficativ la consum si fum.
