Ventilatorul nu porneste la treapta 2

Am un bmw 318i e46 din 2000

Schimbate radiator,ventilator (dezmembrari) pus pe tester si functioneaza bine, pompa apa, cotul din spate.

Am pus masina pe tester iar senzorul de temperatura de pe motor indica -48 grade.

Am comanda acel senzor si o sa il schimb dar nu inteleg daca are vreo legatura acel senzor cu functionarea ventilatorului la treapta 2 .treapta 1 functioneaza, doar cand pun mufa de la ventilator invers porneste ventilatorul in treapta 2.

Masina nu are termostat , se face presiune mare pe instalatie .din cate stiu fara termostat apa ar trebui sa circule incontinuu in instalatie.
