acceleratie intarziata 520d f10 lci cutie automata

Salut,

Avand in vedere ca sunt la prima masina ce are cutie automata, nu reusesc sa-mi dau seama daca comportamentul observat este unul normal sau trebuie sa schimb ceva ?

 

Pentru un 520d lci cutie automata, indiferent de modul selectat (sport,confort, eco) desi motorul este cald, observ o intarziere in acceleratie de aproximativ 1 secunda spre 1.5 secunde, in care masina nu reactioneaza direct proportional cu forta aplicata pedalei.

Acest comportament il observ de la orice treapta si orice viteza.

 

Am auzit ca ar exista si o posibilitate de resetare a cutiei ? are cineva vre-un sfat pentru mine ? Multumesc.

Multumesc de sfat. Am gasit asta :

 

Steps...

 

1) hit start button once to turn on power (Don't start the engine)

2) then press the accelerator down to the floor for 5 sec

3) then hit start button once to turn off power

4) then remove foot from accelerator

5) then wait for 2 minutes

4) then start the engine like normal and try it out!

e din cauza adaptarilor. eu chiar suspectam cutia. am facut pasii aia de adaptare de curiozitate. a functionat perfect, dar doar o zi(stiam ca daca functioneaza, va fi temporar). urmeaza sa fac o resetare din inpa si eu(cand gasesc un inpa sau merg la reprez). macar acum sunt linistit ca am vazut ca adaptarile erau problema accelerarii intarziate si schimbarilor mai anevoioase in unele circumstante. eu am incercat cu pedala 5/20/30 sec(cu cronometru in mana) sa fiu sigur, dupa care am plecat la drum. incearca si tu, nu te costa nimic

Am facut si eu asta cu pedala dar cutia isi revine repede la adaptarile initiale memorate. Deci e temporara resetarea, normal tine cam o saptamana in fct de km facuti. Aceeasi treaba si daca iti reseteaza din tester la bmw.

ar fi logic ca orice resetare sa fie temporara, la urma urmei vorbim de niste adaptari, desi nu detin informatii exacte. dar tind sa cred ca cea din tester dureaza mai mult, deoarece cea momentana din pedala la mine a durat o zi, dupa care a inceput sa revina treptat la cum era inainte. pacat...imediat dupa resetare am realizat ca toata treaba asta e ca la smartphone-uri. cand se lanseaza unul nou, cele precedente incep sa "oboseasca" subit. nu pricep de ce nu se comporta masina cum ar trebui mereu. eu la a mea chiar am sesizat o schimbare majora, nu a fost placebo. si sunt sigur ca putini stiu de procedeul asta de resetare. multi chiar cred ca au probleme cu masina. practic in loc sa se adapteze dupa stilul tau, face exact contrariul parerea mea <_<

vreau sa fac si eu chestia asta. ce le.ai spus celor de la reprezentanta, cum te.ai exprimat?

abia pe 16 decembrie pot ajunge la reprezentanta, in principiu ce vreau sa cer este :

 

THROTTLE BODY ADAPTATION reset.

si

TRANSMISSION ADAPTIVES RESET

"Reset all adaptation values to erase transmission adaptive values".

update : am facut resetarea urmand pasii de mai sus si am observat un raspuns mult mai rapid al masinii la pedala de acceleratie, chiar si in modul eco !

Sunt curios cat va tine.. sper ca cel putin pana cand ajung la reprezentanta.

Vrei sa zici dupa resetarea din tester? Pai si nu a revenit la stilul initial de dinainte de reset?

nu, cea cu pedala de acceleratie. as vrea sa fac din tester, dar nu stiu unde. am scris mai sus, dupa aprox o zi a inceput sa revina treptat, iar dupa 3-4 zile a revenit complet cum era initial, insa la unele porniri/drumuri(oricum am drumuri scurte in mare parte), iar merge mai binisor. oricum e diferita perioada de la caz la caz. o opresc cateva ore, o pornesc iar la drum, iar merge haotic. de retinut: nu schimba prost,nu are nicio problema, poate exagerez eu, doar ca o data ce am simtit cum trebuie sa fie de fapt, nu mai pot trece cu vederea. si nu, nu e placebo, sunt extrem de atent in drumurile scurte...ca alea de sute de km, nu e cu nimic diferita la treptele superioare. schimbarea majora e la treptele inferioare, decelerare, plecare de pe loc repetata in trafic, kickdown. practic daca accepta resetarea, la viteze mici masina schimba si accelereaza ca un 7G de la Mercedes sau DSG de la VW, dar mentine sportivitatea in caz de nevoie. v-am innebunit :frantics:

La reprezentanta nu vor face update doar pe ECU transmisiei. Ei fac update pe toate ECU ale masinii. Cel putin raspunsul asta l-am primit eu la reprezentanta din Brasov. Ba chiar mi-au spus ca au fost cazuri in care dupa resoftarea cutiei(si a celorlalte ECU ale masinii) cutia nu a mai mers niciodata cum ar trebui(nu vad logica). Am fost si eu tentat sa imi updatez ECU transmisiei si al motorului, dar eu am DPF off si odata cu resoftarea voi pierde configuratia custom a firmware-ului motorului. Asa ca am renuntat la idee.

M-am mai documentat un pic despre acest aspect si am gasit urmatoarele : (presupun ca se aplica si la mine, deci un reset chiar si la ECU pare a fi temporar- insa il voi incerca)

 

Adaptive transmission control

As with earlier automatic transmissions, the 6-speed automatic transmissions offer the choice between a comfort

program and a sport program.

The adaptive transmission control (component of electronic transmission control) adapts the shift characteristics of the

comfort program and sport program to the driver's wish and the driving situation.

In both programs, the adaptive transmission control changes from a basic map to a performance-orientated map, as

required:

· Comfort program in selector lever position "D"

The comfort program is based on 2 maps: The XE map (extreme economy) and the E map (economy). The

EGS control unit normally selects the economical XE map (= basic map). In case of particular demands

(e.g. load requirements), the system will change to the performance-orientated E map. If the input signals

change in favour of a more gentle driving style, the system will change back to the more economical XE map.

· Sport program in selector lever position "M/S"

The sport program effects dynamic, sporty shift characteristics. In the sport program, there is the basic S map

(sport) and the performance-orientated XS map (extreme sport). If an extremely dynamic driving style is called

for, the system will change from the S map to the performance-orientated XS map.

The adaptive transmission control takes the following demands into account:

· Adaptation to driver type

· Driving uphill or trailer towing

· Driving downhill

· Braking deceleration and automatic upshift

· Winter program

Adaptation to driver type

The adaptation to different driver types is done using the following values:

- Kick-fast

If the accelerator pedal is depressed rapidly, the shift program is changed accordingly. This is achieved by

the detected accelerator-pedal value being compared with threshold values in the EGS control unit. The

result of this comparison is the proposal of one of the two possible programs (XE or E in comfort program, S

or XS in sport program).

- Cornering detection

Cornering detection reacts to the vehicle's lateral acceleration with an indirect adaptation to the driver type.

Lateral acceleration is considered an indirect statement of the preferred driving dynamics and does not

cause an immediate gearshift response (shifts when cornering could adversely affect driving stability).

Lateral acceleration is calculated from the signals from the wheel-speed sensors, from the yaw rate and road

speed.

- Brake evaluation

The braking action is evaluated in a similar way to "kick-fast".

The braking deceleration is measured and compared with threshold values in the EGS control unit. The

result of this comparison is the proposal of one of the two possible programs (XE or E in comfort program, S

or XS in sport program).

The driver-type adaptation is restarted each time the vehicle pulls away from a standstill

Salut. Am fost astazi la reprezentanta BMW pentru resetarile respective.

Pe scurt : totul a durat o ora si ceva in care tot ce au facut a fost un test drive cu masina si au alergat-o in diverse feluri si cu diverse combinatii .. sport manual, sport automat etc.

Faza e ca dupa acest test drive masina nu mai prezinta acea intarziere.

Mai mult mi-a spus ca din calculator se reseteaza acel auto adaptivness doar cand se schimba uleiul din cutie si trebuie neaparat sa fie condusa din nou intr-un mod special de cineva de la ei.

Mai multe accelerari si frane din scurt.. din cate mi-am dat eu seama.

 

Surpriza a fost la final : mi-au zis ca nu ma costa nimic pentru ca nu au umblat efectiv la masina si masina nu a stat in service.

Am ramas uimit :-)
