Probleme Scade Puterea motorului

Va salut,in primul rand vreau sa spun ca deetin un BMW E90 din 2011 diesel,l-am achizitionat din germania..

Problema este urmatoarea,cand ajung la o anumita viteza de exemplu peste 130km/h imi apare o "eroare" si scrie in felul urmator ca puterea motorului este scazuta vizitati un service,iar dupa cateva minute dispare si puterea motorului e normala depasesc viteza de 130,ce parere aveti? Rog seriozitate..
