Portiera lasata - Modificare pozitie

Salutare,

 

Detin un F30 2014 si aparent din senin, portiera pasager dreapta se deschide greu, mai precis este lasata (din ce am reusit sa imi dau seama), in partea dreapta sus atunci cand deschid portiera, se aude cum freaca/scartie chederul de pe usa cu cel de pe caroserie, cel fix, imediat ce trece de acel punct se deschide normal, tine/opune rezistenta doar acolo in dreapta sus.

 

A mai patit cineva asa ceva, aveti indee cum se poate modifica putin pozitia portierei?

 

Este destul de ciudat ca o masina relativ ok ca ani sa pateasca asta din senin...
