Probleme pornire la cald

Salut. Detin un e46, 318CI, N42, 2004 si am o problema la prima pornire. Cand e cald afara (primavara-vara) porneste dar oscileaza foarte mult turatiile. Motorul functioneaza sacadat si cateodata moare daca nu o ajut eu cu putina accleratie sa o tin pe la 1500 ture ( trebuie sa apas accleratia foarte usor, altfel nu merge). Dupa aproximativ 1-2 min totu revine la normal. Cand e frig afara, aceasta problema nu exista. Plus ca atunci cand trebuie sa franez foarte tare, motoru isi pierde din turatii pana se opreste. Problema asta o am tot timpul, dar m-am invatat sa ii dau drumu un pic la frana si urca in turatii, dupa care apas iarasi frana. Pe tester nu am nicio eroare.
