"Problemă" playlist NBT ID4 BMW F30

Salut, dețin un BMW F30 2014 cu sistem de entertaiment NBT ID4, iar recent am apăsat pe butonul de pe volan "voice command" , iar comanda vocală dată a fost "USB - track 5" și a început o melodie aleatorie. Cum am menționat anterior, ca sursă eram pe USB, unde am 200 de melodii mp3 și 100 de videoclipuri mp4, după ce a început respectiva melodie dată prin 
"voice command", navigația îmi vede doar 16 melodii pe USB, iar cât introduc Stick-ul USB în laptop îmi apar toate, chiar am mai adăugat mp3 și nimic. Am găsit acolo cum să fac să-mi apară doar videoclipurile, am mai pus videoclipuri noi și mi le vede, însă aș vrea să-mi apară tot din nou însă nu-i dau deloc de cap, s-a mai confruntat cineva cu o situație asemănătoare?
