Eroare bec ceață ars, dar becul e bun!

Salut! De cateva zile imi apare eroare de bec ceață ars, pe partea stanga/spate. Becul nu este ars , nici soclul nu are probleme pentru ca si cel din dreapta cand il pun in stanga, tot nu se aprinde becul ceață. 

Dupa ce am verificat firele din mufa care se cupleaza la soclul becurilor, am constatat ca la un fir nu este tensiune.(pe partea dreaptaeste tensiune la acelasi fir)

Din ce am citit, nu are siguranță normală ptr aceste lumini iar problema poate fi din modulul FRM; a mai întâmpinat cineva  o problema asemanatoare?  Ati reparat undeva in Bucuresti acest FRM? Unde?
