X2 fara posibilitate de activare CarPlay, ce pot pune in loc?

Salut, am un X2 F39 fabricat in 2019, care a venit fara CarPlay. 

Nu pot sa cumpar optiunea, pentru ca hardware-ul nu permite, asa ca va trebui sa iau un Head Unit, care sa stie CarPlay. 

Intrebarea mea este daca pot lua ceva de la o masina mai recenta sau sa caut tot ceva de la un F39. Ma gandeam ca poate este mai recomandat sa iau ceva din dezmebrari, de la o masina din 2022, dca tot fac chestia asta. Poate pe langa CarPlay mai am si alte bonusuri, cum ar fi CarPlay Wireless sau cheie digitala BMW... nu stiu, intreb!
