Zgomot intre 1500 si 1800 rpm BMW F30 318d

Salutare,

Am o problema de 1 luna cu a mea masina.

Detin un BMW f30 318d 2103 automata

In urma cu 1 luna a aparut un zgomot metalic ca frecarea a 2 discuri. Acest zgomot apare doar intre 1500-1800 rpm pana la 70 km/h dupa aceea dispare. 
Zgomotul nu apare cand masina e in sarcina sau plec mai tare cu ea de pe loc.

am verificat scutul motor si fulia de la vibrochen. Distributia este schimbata anul trecut. 
nu stiu ce ar putea fi. Convertizorul , racordul flexibil , starter-ul. Am vazut multe video pe net dar nu stiu exact ce ar putea fi.

am observat ca acest zgomot apare doar cand motorul se incalzeste dupa 10 minute de mers. Cat timp e rece totul e linistit. am mai observat ca daca stau cu ea in N sau P si o accelerez pe loc pana la 1500 rpm tot se aude ceva zgomot dar nu la fel de tare ca in mers.
