E90 problema portbagaj

Salutare! Am și eu o problema la un BMW e90 2007, nu se mai incuie portbagajul. Apăs pe închidere și ușile se închid iar portbagajul nu. Care ar fi cauzele?

PS: portbagajul se ridica din cheie, adică broasca funcționează, iar firele nu sunt rupte sau ceva

Și a mai încercat și cu alta broasca și tot la fel face..
