Probleme consum in decelerare

Salutare! De curand am achizitionat un BMW 118i f20(n13b16a) si ma lovesc de urmaroarele probleme:

1. Stopul din stanga lumineaza mai puternic decat cel din dreapta. Se poate regla cumva intensitatea ledului?

2. In decelerare, consumul instant nu mai coboara la 0. Sta undeva la 2.x% cand este in frana de motor, indiferent de viteza de deplasare. Sa fie vreun furtun de vacum fisurat?
