Stergere coduri FSC de catre ISTA?

Salut,

Am gasit pe un forum extern urmatoarea avertizare si vreau sa-mi certifice cineva autenticitatea ei: daca se foloseste ISTA mai noua de vers 3.28 la diagnoze sau codari/programari, se sterg codurile FSC "ilegale" adaugate de proprietar masinii. Este adevarat?

Si daca este adevarat, exista vreo solutie pentru blocarea actiunii respective? In afara de folosirea vers. 3.28, binenteles...
