Defecte cutie automata

Salut! Am un f30 320d xdrive din 2013 cutie automata in 8 trepte si cand e uleiul rece se simte o smuceala intre vitezele 1 si 2. Dupa ce se incalzeste uleiul se mai simt doar putin. Plus pe loc cand schimb din P in D se simte cum schimba si masina parca se "infige", iar cand eliberez frana sa plec se aude un scartait destul de tare, asta nu stiu daca e de la frane pentru ca in alte franari nu scartie deloc. Masina are 213k, am vorbit cu fostul proprietar de curand la aproape un an dupa ce am cumparat masina si a spus ca a schimbat uleiul in cutie. 
E normal sa se intample asa ?
