Buna ziua tuturor! Detin un Bmw X5 F15 din 2015 iar astazi mi s a defectat soft-close ul la usa din fata, dreapta! Mentionez ca nici nu se mai aude zgomotul tipic al motorasului din sistem! Care ar fi problema si cum se poate remedia? Multumesc anticipat
