Aerisire instalatie racire la un E39

Aerisirea motoarelor diesel M47/M57 se face dupa cum urmeaza ( am preferat sa las instructiunile in limba engleza) :

 

To ensure that the cooling system is properly vented, it is absolutely essential to adhere to the following steps:

1) Open expansion tank.

2) Start engine (idle speed) and set heater to maximum temperature. Set blower to low setting. This opens the heating valves and sets the auxiliary water pump in operation.

3) Pour coolant into expansion tank up to max. cold fill level. Allow engine to run at idle speed until no more coolant needs to be added.

4) Flush coolant circuit with two presses of accelerator pedal (approx. 2500 rpm).

5) Slacken vent plug on auxiliary heater (if fitted) (E39 only).

6) Close vent plug on auxiliary heater (if fitted) when bubble-free water emerges (E39 only).

7) Switch off engine, set heater to minimum temperature.

8) Wait approx. 3 minutes until auxiliary water pump in auxiliary heater ceases to operate.

9) Start engine again without heater.

10) Carefully open expansion tank and top up or draw off coolant at idle speed to max. cold fill level.

11) Close coolant tank.

12) Take car for a test drive.

 

Addition for independent heating (special equipment)

1) Fill and vent system as described above

2) Start independent heating and wait for combustion.

3) Start engine and run for several minutes at idle speed.

4) Allow engine to run at idle speed until no more coolant needs to be added.

5) Close coolant tank.

6) Take car for a test drive.

Paul, iti multumesc tare mult, numai ca engleza mea...

 

Trecand peste problema ca nu mi se mai deschide capota, a inceput sa-mi fiarba iarasi apa la motor (am completat cu apa de la robinet, banuiesc ca asta are legatura cu aerul din instalatie).

 

Ce inteleg eu:

 

1. Trebuie sa deschid "borcanul" de plastic.

2. Pornesc motorul, il las la relanti, si stez clima pe temperatura maxima. (Cu AC pornit sau nu?) Ventilatia o las la minim. (o liniuta?)

3. Torn apa distilata in "borcan" pana la...pana unde? Umplu borcanul? N-o sa iasa afar prin furtunasul ala? Las motorul sa mearga la relanti pana nu mai trebuie adaugat lichid de racire. Dar cum imi dau seama ca nu mai trebuie? :blink:

4. Apas de doua ori pedala de acceleratie, pana la 2500rpm.

5. ??

6. Ce sa inchid? Cand am inteles, dar nu stiu ce sa inchid...

7.Opresc motorul, setez clima la 16 grade. (iarasi, cu sau fara AC?)

8. Astept cca 3 minute pana cand pompa auxiliara de apa (banuiesc ca face singura ce trebuie, ca eu nu stiu care e) incepe? sa mearga..

9. Pornesc din nou motorul, dar cu climatronicul oprit de tot. Banuiesc ca trebuie sa pun contactul, il opresc de tot, si dupa aia pornesc motorul.

10. dechid din nou capacul la "borcan" (dar, parca, anterior, nu scrie nimic de inchiderea lui dupa ce am turnat lichid de racire...). Nu stiu, mai departe, ce inseamna "top up or draw off coolant at idle speed to max. cold fill level"

11. Pun capacul la vasul de cexpansiune.

 

 

Ce inseamna "independent heating"? La ce se refera?

Desurubati busonul de la vasul de expansiune

 

2) Start engine (idle speed) and set heater to maximum temperature. Set blower to low setting. This opens the heating valves and sets the auxiliary water pump in operation.

 

Porniti motorul (relanti) si setati temperatura la MAXIM si turatia ventilatorului la minim. Setarea determina deschiderea valvelor pt incalzirea habitaclului si porneste pompa auxiliara de apa

 

3) Pour coolant into expansion tank up to max. cold fill level. Allow engine to run at idle speed until no more coolant needs to be added.

 

Completati antigel in vasul de expansiune pana la nivelul maxim. -> Nivel lichid la rece. Lasati motorul sa functioneze la relanti pana cand nivelul lichidului ramane la semnul maxim

Accelerati motorul de doua ori pana la aprox 2500 rpm

 

5) Slacken vent plug on auxiliary heater (if fitted) (E39 only).

 

Slabiti surubul de aerisire pt incalzitorul auxiliar (doar pe E39)

6) Close vent plug on auxiliary heater (if fitted) when bubble-free water emerges (E39 only).

 

Inchideti surubul de aerisire pt incalzitorul auxiliar (daca e echipat) cand apa care se scurge e fara bule de aer

 

7) Switch off engine, set heater to minimum temperature.

 

Opriti motorul si setati temperatura la minim

 

8) Wait approx. 3 minutes until auxiliary water pump in auxiliary heater ceases to operate.

 

Asteptati aproximativ 3 minute ca pompa din incalzitorul auxiliar sa functioneze

 

Parerea mea -> aici pui capacul pe vasul de expansiune

 

9) Start engine again without heater.

 

Porniti motorul din nou cu incalzirea oprita

 

10) Carefully open expansion tank and top up or draw off coolant at idle speed to max. cold fill level.

 

Cu grija deschideti busonul vasului de expansiune si competati sau scurgeti lichid dupa caz, cu motorul ruland la relanti pana ce nivelul lichidului va ajunge la indicatia max de pe vasul de expansiune. Nivel lichid la rece.

11) Close coolant tank.

 

Insurubati capacul vasului de expansiune

 

12) Take car for a test drive.

 

Urmariti indicatorul de temperatura !! cand faceti liniute :)

 

Aici numa daca ai telecomanda pt incalzitorul auxiliar -> presupun ca nu ai :)

am completat cu apa de la robinet, banuiesc ca asta are legatura cu aerul din instalatie

 

Sincer 10 sau 12 mii e un litru de apa distilata :blink:

Si, am uitat: multumesc! Am facut toata operatiunea indicata, si apa (distilata) nu mai...fierbe.

 

Hiba insa este alta: apa distilata si antigelul masina il pierde pe la o garnitura care este lipita de blocul motor, pe unde intra furtunul ala gros, in dreapta.

Da, 11 este!

 

Masina este in service, deja. Vreau sa schimb tot ce "a cazut" la ea. Cat despre treaba cu prevenitul problemelor...cei care ma cunosc stiu ca eu nu numai ca nu le previn....ci, mai degraba, le provoc. Practic mai tot ce a "picat" la masina mea s-a datorat... mie.

daca nu se face aerisirea asa cum trebuie care ar fi problemele ce pot sa apara? Se poate sparge termostatul ala in forma de "L" care are un aerisitor cu surub ?

 

 

avand aer in instalatie multe rele se pot intampla

 

in locatia unde e bula de aer se formeaza hot spot daca nu se deplaseaza

 

nu iti mai baga caldura

 

clocotesti apa

 

....
