X3 - G01 - problema ConnectedDrive si navigatie

Va salut!

Am achizitionat de 2 zile un X3 G01 - 2019 si am urmatoarele 2 probleme:

1. Pare ca functia connected drive nu e activa. Nu pot adauga masina in aplicatia "my bmw" deoarece masina nu primeste mesajul cu codul de securitate. Bag vin-ul masinii si apoi spune sa introduc codul de 6 cifre pe care il gasesc in "BMW Messages" in "ConnectedDrive" - iar eu nu am asa ceva.
 
2. Navigatia nu ma localizeaza corect. Sunt in Bucuresti si ea ma arata undeva pe langa Pascani
 
Pare ca masina "nu are acces" la informatiile astea. Ma gandesc ca ar fi o problema la modulul gsm/gps, daca exista asa ceva.
