Am un 320 D din 2001 la vreo 250 000km

Am o problema ciudata, atunci cand e rece afara, la prima pornire nu intra in viteza 1 (in celelate merge perfect)

Dupa ce se incalzeste nu am absolut nici o problema.....inteleg ca nu sincronul este de vina

 

daca opresc motorul intra perfect in viteza

 

Are cineva vreo idee??????

Scimba si tu uleiul de la cutie.... Si la mine se intampla ceva de genul asta si era de la ulei dar nu garantez ca asta e problema...
