Sau daca nu e suficienta strangerea surubelului, desfaci surubelul, infasori pe batul care ramane dupa scoaterea manetei orizontale un rand de band-izoler si pui usor fortat maneta la loc, binenteles si cu strangerea surubelului....la e34 si seria respectiva(e32, nu stiu si daca e 30 exista cu cutia automatica) surubelul il gasesti dand maneta pe treapta de viteza cea mai in spate (ca pozitionare pe panou - adica parctic tragi de maneta pe pozitia cea mai dinspre spatele masinii adica treapta 1 la 4 viteze si treapta 2 la 5 viteze) si cu un imbus ai acces la surubel...

Nu uitati pozitionarea tifei interioare din maneta...aia pe care o manevrati cu aratatorul sau mijlociul ca sa deblocati maneta...
