Cat ulei intra in cutia de viteze ?

am schimbat uleiul din cutie...am pus castrol 80W-90 api gl 4...verde....cel din cutia de viteze avea o culoare rosiatica (rosu)...cred ca nu e bine...pe langa asta "mieunatul" de la cutie se aude la fel...poate kiar mai rau....apropo...in cutie nu cred ca erau mai mult de 0,5l ulei :)

odata cu schimbarea uleiului la o cutie automata se schimba si filtrul. nu stiu exact cum este la bmw dar la ford exista o joja de masurare a nivelului uleiului in cutie. cu motorul pornit se adauga ulei pana ajungea la nivelul max. la ford era de 8 l cu tot cu convertizorul de putere.

 

 

Pai da, la BMW-urile mai noi nu exista joja.

super. si atunci cum stii ce nivel de ulei ai in cutie, cat completezi etc? nu pot sa cred ca nemtii astia nu au conceput un sistem de verificare, mergand doar pe ideea etanseitatii perfecte a cutiei de viteze. in fond cutia aia are si ea un capac si o garnitura pe unde poate supura, etc. cum verifica mecanicii lor nivelul uleiului in aceste cutii?

 

 

Automatic transmission fluid (ATF)

level, checking

The automatic transmission is not equipped with a dipstick.

Checking the ATF level requires measuring and maintaining

the ATF temperature within a narrow range (approx. 100° F)

with the engine running and the vehicle raised safely in air.

 

 

– Warm up drivetrain by running engine until ATF reaches

specified temperature. Switch on air conditioning to increase

idle speed and to ensure all fluid passages in transmission

are filled.

– Apply parking brake firmly and step on brake pedal. Shift

through all gears several times, pausing briefly between

gear changes.

􀂽 With engine running and selector lever in Park, remove ATF

filler plug (arrow).

• If a small stream of fluid runs out, fluid level is correct.

• If no oil fluid out, fluid level is too low. Add oil until it fluid

starts to overflow.

– Reinstall fill plug using new sealing ring.

ATF, draining and filling

The procedure given here includes removal and installation

of the ATF fluid strainer (filter).

􀂽 Remove ATF drain plug (arrow) and drain fluid into clean

measuring container. Record quantity of fluid drained.

– Remove transmission pan mounting bolts and remove pan.

– Remove pan gasket and clean gasket sealing surface.

ATF level checking

• Fluid temperature . . . . . . . . . . . . 30° - 50°C (85° - 120°F)

trebuia sa te duci la reprezentanta sa cumperi uleiul pentru cutie...ei erau in masura sa-ti spuna ce ulei e indicat la cutia ta, plus ca nu e scumpa manopera...mai bine faceai la reprezentanta.

 

daca nu e uleiul bun trebuie sa pui uleiul specificat...daca persista problema cumperi o cutie sh, nu e scumpa o manuala.

se poate sa fi fost ulei ATF in cutie manuala????...

Este foarte posibil. De aceea ti s-a tot zis sa cauti eticheta de pe cutie ca sa vezi ce scrie acolo. Daca nu mai ai eticheta ( desi ma indoiesc, cel mai probabil este acoperita de noroi si nu ai stiut unde sa stergi ca sa o vezi ) cauta macar codul cutiei. Asta nu se sterge.

avea culoarea rosie...deci e atf?... sau poate fi mtf lt 1/2...cel pe care l am pus era 80w-90 api gl 4 si il simt prea gros...intra fff greu in viteza...am nevoie de ulei mai subtire....care e ala??? 75W sau 90W

uleiurile ATF sunt rosii celelalte sunt verzui kaki. asa ca trage tu concluzia. daca nu esti convins 100% fa macar ce ti-a spus paul. dar pana atunci scoate uleiul ala din cutie pana nu o distrugi.

 

si pune uleiul care trebuie , desigur.

am pus atf....la rece intra destul de greu si acuma in treapta 1...mieunatul persista...am schimbat si uleiul la diferential....mecanicul a zis ca e din cutie...ceva rulment....dar nu e mare problema cu sunetul ala....masina poate merge mult si bine asa...recomandarea lui a fost sa dau radioul tare sa nu mai aud zgomotul :) ....pana nu huruie tare cutia de viteze nu tre sa mi fac probleme zicea el....acuma ramane de vazut cat ma mai duce pisicuta....
