probleme sistem racire....cred....

Daca intradevar a mai fost nevoie de strangerea chiulasei probabil ca mecanicul care a strans-o prima data a strans-o dupa ureche si habar nu avea cum se strange corect chiulasa la acel motor.

 

La motorul despre care discutam (M42) , strangerea se face in 3 faze :

1. Strangere la cuplu - 30Nm

2. Strangere la unghi - 90 grade

3. Strangere la unghi - 90 grade

 

Se strang pe rand toate prezoanele conform acestor specificatii. Asta e tot, chiulasa nu se mai restrange nici dupa 500 nici dupa 1500 km.

Da si recunosc...old-school-ul trebuie improspatat chiar daca vine de la "mama lui si din casa lui"...M-am uitat acum in TIS si am vazut si eu asta....La un alt tip de motor, intre pasii 2 si 3 parca ziceau ceva de 25 min. de functionare de care trebuie tinut cont.

Si da, cred ca ai fost straight to the point cu strangerea/ inlocuirea initiala, unde procedura nu a fost respectata/cunoscuta.
