Fulie arbore cotit?!

am zis sa ma duc intr-un service sa mi-o desfaca cu un piston pneumatic ca am inteles ca asa e stransa si cu niste pasta sa o dau dreacu ca am incercat mai demult si a rupt si mecanicul meu vreo 2 chei

Eun-am vazut nici o pasta,iar ciocanul pneumatic tre sa fie de putere mai mare nu din-trala cu care se dau prezoanele de la roti ca nu o sa mearga.

poi asa stiu si io ca altfel ma duceam la o vulcanizare. si mie cam frica sa incerc iar cu chei ...tu asa ai reusit sa o schimbi?

Da m-am dus in targ si am mai cumparat un cap de tubulara si am reusit dar in 3 oameni si cu teava pe cheie sa fa facem parghie.

Atentie: trebuie schimbat si surubul fuliei.

 

...nu stiu daca vine odata cu fulia (in teorie asa ar trebui) dar este recomandata in mod expres schimbarea lui.

De ce? Daca nu are nimic(eu nu l-am schimbat)? Intradevar nu vine cu fulia.

Am reusit intrun final sa schimb fulia de la arbore ...si am scapat si de acea rontzaiala sau bataie ...de la ea era..cat despre schimbat...cam greu..am resit la cineva cu o tubulara sudata la capatul unei placbande si a tras cu ea de sub masina tinand de volanta ..doar asa am reusit sa o desfac ...

 

si ar fi bine sa se schimbe si surubul... odata cu fulia...io asa am facut ... exista riscul ca la strans fulie cea noua sa se rupa...

Daca tot schimbati fulia si ce mai schimbati pe acolo, luati-le OE mai bine. Eu cel putin asa o sa fac cand o sa schimb fulia. Deocamdata schimb doar rola fixa, rola intinzatoare si cele doua curele. Fulia o mai las, cred ca mai merge fara probleme. Dar ideea e ca la astfel de piese, importante, luati OE. Daca e vorba de un capac de oglinda sa zicem, ok, poate sa fie facut si-n China, dar cand e vorba de motor...ma rog, parerea mea :)

 

Referitor la fulie, ca m-am cam abatut, una Corteco pentru al meu E90 e 700 ron, iar una OE 1090 ron. Merita sa dai 400 ron in plus, doar o schimbi rar :)

Corteca este si cea OEM , ai sa vezi ca cea Corteco are codul de BMW sters , deci ei le fabrica pe toate , iar cele pe care le vand pe aftermarket le sterg codul OEM .Este o practica pe care am intalnit-o si la alti producatori.

 

Da, cred ca tot Corteco este si cea OE, nu OEM. Fa diferenta dintre OE si OEM. NU e problema, sincer, nici eu n-o faceam, dar m-am uitat, am citit si-am aflat :)

 

 

OE = Original Equipment - exactly what is used on the assembly lines when your car was made. Parts were made by the exact same manufacturer, to BMW's specifications, and are usually stamped with the BMW logo. These parts must also meet all the BMW quality control specs for that part, same as any part that's accepted into the production process.

 

 

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer - parts are made by a manufacturer that supplies original parts to BMW. These parts do not have to pass the BMW quality control tests for that part, and do not have the BMW logo on them. Quality of these parts can vary greatly - they can range between the exact same part as the one that's put on the car on the production line (but minus the BMW logo...), to something that wasn't good enough to pass quality control, so the manufacturer just sells them as OEM. Another issue - the part may be made by a manufacturer that supplies parts to BMW, but that part may not be a part that particular manufacturer supplies. For example, ZKW may supply some of the OE lights to BMW. However, if they felt like it, they could manufacturer suspension components, and label them "OEM" - after all, they are an Original Equipment manufacturer, just not for suspension components.

 

Adica, mai pe scurt, tradus, OE - echipament original, exact ce-a pus BMW pe masina cand a fabricat-o, au sigla BMW pe ele si sunt supuse anumitor teste de calitate de catre BMW.

 

Iar OEM, aceste piese nu trebuie sa treaca testele de calitate BMW si n-au sigla BMW pe ele. Iar calitatea lor poate varia, pot sa fie la fel de bune ca cele puse initial pe masina sau mai putin bune :)
