Problema usa sofer

Salut. E46 320d 2001. De ceva vreme am observat ca usa de la sofer nu mai sta deschisa la nici una din cele 2 pozitii.

Azi am auzit si un sunet ciudat din interiorul usii, ca un croncanit. banuiesc ca ceva s-a intamplat cu sistemul care tine usa in pozitie deschisa.

Ce vreau sa stiu este daca a mai avut cineva aceasta problema si cum a rezolvat.

E doar ceva sarit de la loc (arc sau ceva de genu) sau e ceva rupt, trebuie sa cumpar sistemul sau parti din sistem?
