Am tot auzit svonuri ca incepand cu 1 ianuarie 2010 in bulgaria s-ar scoate accizele, pt cei care nu stiu despre ce este vorba orice masina care depaseste 150 cai i se calculeaza pe langa taxa accize pt fiecare kw in cuantum de 10 sau 15 euro(nu mai stiu exact) fapt pt care nu se mai merita sa o inscrii pe bulgaria. Daca sunt cunoscatori sau persoane care se ocupa cu inmatriculari bulgaria, cateva detalii daca se poate.
