Mihai - cea veche era de pe un 2.5, de asta avea doua trasee. Motorul meu e 2.0, si cea originala de 2.0 tot traseu simplu are. Toba noua de am pus-o este copie dupa toba OEM de 2.0.

Cea veche incepuse sa sune ca un cazan

Probabil, dar de 2.5 nu aveau, aveau numai de 2.0. Spun probabil, pentru ca punctul de gatuire al unei evacuari normale nu e in general dat de toba finala, ci de catalizator.

 

Si cred totusi ca e mai eficienta o toba de 2.0 noua, decat una de 2.5 cu sitele rupte prin ea si rugina zdranganind inauntru.

 

Daca prin eficienta intelegi evacuarea cat mai repede a gezelor din motor netinind cont de alti factori, probabil ca o teava goala e excelenta, dar nu asta e subiectul :)

Astazi, impreuna cu un prieten am retapitat plafonul si stalpii. Plafonul, asa cum probabil multi ati patit, a inceput sa-mi pice in cap. Dupa ce m-am chinuit incercand sa il prind in fel si chip, ajunsesem sa ii pun pioneze sa il tina, am zis "NO MORE"

 

Am fost la autotex, am cumparat 2.5 m/1.8 m material special de plafon (care vine cu burete pe el) apoi de la Brico amn luat 4 litri de prenandez Bison, pensule, perie de sarma si tot dfelul de maruntisuri, si am purces la treaba. Nu am pozele cu rezultatul final (in masina) si nici nu am putut face mai multe poze pentru ca ne-am luat cu treaba. Ca si rezultat, a iesit de nota 10 - chiar nu ma asteptam. Timp efectiv de lucru a fost cam 6 ore, in doi insi.

Mai nou, nemaisuportand partzaiala generata de intermediara si catalizatorul meu (ambele plecate spre o lume mai buna) si ca sa completez si finala noua pusa acum cateva luni, mi-am luat inima in dinti si am facut o treaba.

 

Am vrut silent - si le-am spus baietilor de acolo (care au fost de mare caracter, mi-am mai facut un Ford la ei acum cativa ani) ca daca nu iese silent nu platesc (mai in gluma mai in serios). A iesit cum am vrut eu, suna frumos - exact ca si evacuarea stoc, motorul se tureaza frumos si liniar (aveam catalizatorul vechi infundat pe jumate). Overall, me + happy.
