salut sunt nou pe aici

am un 525 2004 stergatorul stang nu apasa bine pe parbriz ,,,le=am schimbat dar face la fel ,,,am desfacut capacul ,,de la brat ,,,am vazut ca lipseste un plastic de acolo (bucsa-capac)am facut rost de el ,,,dar nu pot desface suportul din ax,,,?

e o chestie cu niste lini ,,,cum o pot scoate???e pe filet ,,sau cum??/e urgent ,,,care ma poate ajuta ,,,ca se zgarie parbrizul si e nou ,,,,merci mult ,,,,
